Arkansas Small Business Development Center
The Arkansas Small Business Development Center is a public service unit of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock's College of Business, in partnership with other Arkansas higher education institutions. The staffs are employees of their respective educational organizations and not an agency of the federal or state government.
