Arkansas’ Jobless Rate Up Slightly, Rises to 5.5 Percent in February
Labor force data produced by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and released today by the Arkansas Employment Security Department (AESD) shows Arkansas’ seasonally adjusted unemployment rate rose one-tenth of a percentage point to 5.5 percent in February. The U.S. jobless rate rose two-tenths to 5.4 percent.
